1. Order Processing
1.1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
1.2. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
1.3. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including:
• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day) (available in select areas)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Rates
3.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
3.2. We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Check our website or promotional emails for details.
4. Shipping Locations
4.1. Heylo Health currently ships within the United States.
4.2. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
5. Tracking Your Order
5.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5.2. You can track your order using the provided tracking link on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
6.1. Heylo Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
6.2. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@heylohealth.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
6.3. If your package is significantly delayed, please allow extra time before reaching out, as shipping carriers may experience occasional disruptions.
7. Damaged Shipments
7.1. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
7.2. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
8. Changes & Cancellations
8.1. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as we process orders quickly.
8.2. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.
