DIM appears to regulate estrogen metabolism by selectively modulating the aryl-hydrocarbon receptor, which plays an important role in gene expression in both men and women [5]. 

 In vivo and in vitro data suggest that DIM has favorable effects on muscle growth, recovery, libido, mood, and overall well-being by balancing estradiol levels [6, 7].

Quercetin is a vital micronutrient that serves antioxidant roles in many important body systems, particularly the cardiovascular system and reproductive system [8].

Several preliminary studies suggest that quercetin protects Leydig cells — the cells that comprise testicular tissue — from toxin-induced damage, thereby preserving testosterone levels and fertility [9, 10].

Eurycoma longifolia, commonly referred to as Tongkat ali or Longjack, has been used for centuries in folk medicine as a natural aphrodisiac and appetite-stimulating herb. The roots of this plant contain a range of compounds called quassinoids, the most noteworthy being eurycomanone.
