How it all works.
Our order deadline closes each week on Thursday at 11:59pm. In order to receive meals for next week, you would need to place your order by Thursday at 11:59PM (local time). Any order placed after the deadline will arrive the following week. You can choose one time delivery or subscribe.

Where is the food made and by whom?
Heylo is run by chefs across the country preparing meals for people in their communities. They have roots in places like Ethiopia, Turkey, Kathmandu, and Austin, Texas. Some have television shows and cookbook deals, others spent decades building their small businesses. They work with Territory’s team of dietitians to deliver feel-good meals that never compromise on quality, are packed with nutrient-dense foods, and always put flavor first. Our network of talented, local chefs craft meals in regularly health-inspected, commercial kitchens across the United States.
How much do meals cost?
We are proud to work with a local network of chefs who celebrate diverse flavors and support local communities. Our diverse chefs have different costs based on the community they are operating in. Due to local costs and the complexity of a given menu item, the prices of our meals vary.
Are the ingredients organic?
We are proud to work with a network of over 35 independent chefs and restaurants who source their ingredients from various local vendors in each city. We have some chefs who prioritize sourcing exclusively organic, and others who focus on locality and family-owned businesses and farms. Whatever their priority, we promise top quality and ethically sourced ingredients.
